We’re seeking a Senior User Researcher to join Zenitech’s established Design & Strategy team, supporting a key US healthcare client on a large, complex digital platform.
This is a research-led role, with a clear focus on generating insight that shapes product direction, experience decisions, and delivery priorities. You’ll work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineering squads to bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and ensure decisions are grounded in evidence rather than assumptions.
The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with multiple squads working in parallel. While the initial engagement sits within healthcare, Zenitech operates a consultancy model, so over time, you’ll apply your research expertise across different clients and domains. Strong foundational research capability and adaptability are essential.
This role suits someone who is confident in owning research end-to-end, comfortable influencing direction through insight, and experienced in working at pace in complex delivery environments. You’ll be trusted to determine the right level of research rigor based on risk, timelines, and impact.
Plan and run end-to-end user research across discovery, concept, and validation phases
Select and apply the most appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods for the problem at hand
Partner closely with UX/UI designers to inform flows, interactions, and experience decisions
Work with product and stakeholders to clarify research goals and shape open questions
Synthesise findings into clear insights, themes, and implications for design and product
Communicate research outcomes in a concise, actionable way to mixed audiences
Support multiple squads by delivering timely, relevant insight in fast-moving delivery environments
Contribute to improving research standards, templates, and ways of working within the team
5+ years’ experience working as a User Researcher, or as a UX/UI Designer with strong, hands-on research depth
Strong grounding in both qualitative and quantitative research, applied within real product delivery environments
Ability to independently plan, execute, and synthesise research
Experience working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
Confidence operating in complex domains with evolving requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence through insight
Comfort transitioning between domains and problem spaces
Case studies or examples demonstrating research impact (not just outputs)

Salary range: 3600 - 5900 EUR gross/month (Note: the specific amount will depend on your experience and competencies.)
