Responsibilities

1. Conduct overseas user research through interviews and surveys to understand user needs, use cases, and pain points. 2. Manage global user communities (Discord, Reddit, X/Twitter, etc.), collect user feedback, and build relationships with key users and creators. 3. Analyze user feedback and behavior data to generate insights, prioritize needs, and provide product improvement recommendations. 4. Establish user feedback loops and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve product experience. 5. Organize Beta testing, user co-creation programs, and other initiatives to drive continuous product iteration. 1. 负责海外用户研究，通过访谈、调研等方式理解用户需求、使用场景和核心痛点。 2. 运营海外用户社区（Discord、Reddit、X/Twitter 等），收集用户反馈，维护核心用户和 Creator 关系。 3. 分析用户声音，沉淀用户洞察、需求优先级和产品优化建议。 4. 推动用户反馈闭环，与产品、研发、运营团队协作，提升产品体验和用户满意度。 5. 组织 Beta 测试、用户共创等活动，帮助产品持续迭代。

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in user research, community operations, product operations, or user growth. 2. Strong user interview, needs analysis, and insight generation skills. 3. Familiarity with global community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and X/Twitter; overseas user operations experience is a plus. 4. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project execution skills. 5. Professional English communication skills, with the ability to independently engage with global users. 6. Experience with AI products, creator tools, SaaS, 3D, or design software is a plus. 1. 3年以上用户研究、社区运营、产品运营或用户增长相关经验。 2. 具备优秀的用户访谈、需求分析和信息整理能力。 3. 熟悉海外社区生态，有海外用户运营经验优先。 4. 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够推动用户需求落地。 5. 英语可作为工作语言，能够独立进行海外用户沟通。 6. 有 AI 产品、创作者工具、SaaS、3D/设计软件经验优先。
