Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end user growth across core markets including the US, UK, and Latin America, covering the full funnel from acquisition, conversion to retention. Own key business metrics including new user scale, GMV, and marketing efficiency, and build the growth system from 0 to 1.
- Build the marketing and strategy middle platform, overseeing the development of user-side marketing tools and merchant-side operation systems. Establish mechanisms for budget monitoring, performance measurement, and resource allocation to optimize advertising ROI and enable efficient marketing resource orchestration.
- Drive the growth of semi-managed merchants from cold start to high-tier status through targeted pricing strategies, operational enablement, and creator collaboration. Expand the merchant base, improve supply quality, and ultimately fuel GMV growth.
- Lead the product/strategy team, taking charge of team building and goal management. Collaborate cross-functionally with algorithm, operation, and marketing teams to drive the end-to-end implementation of strategies and product solutions.
