General Function
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences that help make our customers’ lives easier, healthier, and happier. You will play a key role in shaping user-centered solutions across Hy-Vee.com, the Hy-Vee mobile app, and other digital platforms. This role emphasizes strong interaction design, applied research, and strategic collaboration across product, engineering, and business partners. Senior Designers are expected to independently drive complex projects, influence design decisions, and elevate UX maturity across teams.

Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
