
Role: Senior User Experience Design Specialist

Our UX team consists of designers with a variety of skills and levels of experience, and we are looking for a passionate and open-minded Senior User Experience Design Specialist who is eager to support enterprise products in various lines of business and industries.
In this role, you will be joining an interdisciplinary team of designers, product owners, developers, project managers, and quality experts who partner with our customers to deliver outstanding software solutions. Youll be supporting project planning, and integration and helping to drive user-centered design activities.
The Role & Responsibilities
Self-starter to understand, apply, and drive SAP-specific design guidelines on products.
Proven ability to collaborate with teams and work independently within a multi-site international atmosphere.
Support & Create UX effort estimations for new projects with a clear scope. Support, plan, and moderate requirements gathering workshops that include user requirements analysis,task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
Facilitate design sessions with involved teams using Design Thinking and User Centered Design methodologies.
Create low-to-high fidelity designs and prototypes based on the SAP Fiori design system.
Work in close coordination with product owners to deliver expected UX outcomes, and verification of designs through reviews, validations, and/or formal usability testing.
Maintain an understanding of design/user experience trends and practices and bring them back to the team to enrich learning by knowledge sharing.
Skills and Competencies
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media Design, Human-Computer Interaction.
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong skills with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Mural, Axure
