Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Exp: 5+ years

Requirements

We’re looking for a seasoned US IT Recruiter who can hit the ground running and help us connect top IT talent with exciting opportunities across the United States.
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities.
Negotiate offers and close top talent quickly.
Keep ATS/trackers updated and accurate.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of US IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, visas, and market trends.
Proven track record in working US time zones.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
