What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver accurate, prompt, and friendly service to members in-branch and via phone.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations, listen to members’ needs, and help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Advise on a variety of financial solutions, including lending and deposit products.
  • Build new and enhance existing member relationships.
  • Refer members to teammates for specialized assistance.
  • Complete branch operations tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or higher education in finance, sales, or marketing).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability, judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Active listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and accountability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and financial concepts.

Required Statement Sections

  • Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required.
  • Equipment Used: Computer terminal/PC, calculator, printer/copiers, telephone.
