As a Senior Underwriting Analyst in our International Program Operations team in Brazil, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our underwriting expertise and client needs. You'll be the orchestrator of international insurance programs, ensuring seamless coordination across borders while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service excellence.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head Operations Brazil, working closely with underwriters while interacting with global functions in Operations, Underwriting Assistants and Underwriters across the region. Our team requires in-depth knowledge of international program business processes across different Lines of Business including Property, Casualty and Financial Lines. We believe in teamwork and are looking for someone who integrates well, as you'll be partnering with a broad network of specialists. A service mindset is key, as is finding the right balance between tactical execution and strategic thinking.
