About the Role
The Alliance Senior Underwriter position will be responsible for underwriting partnerships in our nontraditional broker distribution channel. Today, this channel primarily includes Fortune 100 National P&C carriers. The individual will partner with multiple producers during the proposal and renewal process to look for ways to increase membership while maintaining a profitable book of business. The ideal candidate for this role has a deal-maker mentality, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment on a growing team, and is capable of delivering quality work while providing exceptional service to our partners.

What You'll Need
You have at least 5 years of experience underwriting, preferably in the high net worth space and you are comfortable owning a book of business. Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people. You know how to gather and analyze all the data you’ll need to make a decision on a risk. You work with pride and determination.

The base salary for this role can range from $75,000 to $95,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
