The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for enhancing product experiences through thoughtful design, research, and collaboration. The role focuses on improving existing features, maintaining design consistency, and delivering user-friendly interfaces within an established product ecosystem.

• Quickly understand existing product workflows, user needs, and current design structures.
• Redesign and enhance existing features to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Translate product concepts, requirements, and business goals into clear and scalable UI/UX solutions.
• Create high-quality interface designs while following established design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency in layouts, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Participate in design reviews, discussions, and feedback sessions to refine solutions.
• Maintain accurate design documentation, updates, and decision records.
• Support continuous improvement of the product experience through user-focused design practices.
• Work effectively within a remote environment using collaboration and project management tools.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in product design, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to quickly adapt to existing products and design systems. They should be comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and delivering high-quality designs under tight timelines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
• Proven experience designing and improving applications built with Bubble or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, layouts, and interaction design.
• Experience working with design systems, reusable components, and structured design libraries.
• Ability to quickly understand complex product requirements and existing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on polished, consistent user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments.
• Experience documenting design decisions and project outcomes.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms beyond Bubble is a plus.
• Understanding of product management workflows and agile development processes is preferred.
• Previous experience working with startups or fast-paced technology teams is an advantage.
