Handle the UI/UX design process from concept through execution, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design development.

Analyze data and make decisions on how to improve a product’s design.
»
Brainstorm design ideas that
meet
with business objectives and priorities.
»
Design interfaces that
lead to intuitive user experiences.
»
Work closely with business stakeholders
to ensure designs are effectively implemented and maintain alignment with project goals
.
»
Assess creative work to ensure ideas are as powerful in reality as they are in concept.
»
Lead the creation, execution, and continuous evolution of brand guidelines, inspiring creative excellence by pushing their boundaries.
»
Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining high quality
»
Ensure that all design elements are responsive, accessible, and optimized for both web and mobile applications
»
Mentor junior UI/UX designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
»
Advocate for users by testing early designs and providing user-focused implementation suggestions.
»
BA/BS in Graphic Design, or related field.
»
5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience. Previous experience of both B2C and B2B products is a plus.
»
Knowledge and understanding of design thinking or human-centered thinking/design.
»
Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive and responsive interfaces.
»
Experience designing across multiple platforms and viewports.
»
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, and/or Figma.
»
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS is a plus.
»
Experience with dashboards and data visualization is a big plus.
»
Solid experience with user-centric design (but know when to break the rules).
»
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
»
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and concepts.
»
Experience in banking for Fintech.
