As a Senior UIUX Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing user interface and user experience designs for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our products are visually appealing, easy to use, and meet the needs of our clients and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interface and user experience for our software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the usability of our products
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for our products
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and developers
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
  • Conduct user testing and make necessary adjustments to improve the user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues that may arise during the development process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile app design
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
