Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, surveys, and competitive analyses to uncover user needs, pain points and behavior.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to improve usability.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

• Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.

• Perform usability tests, synthesize feedback and iterate designs rapidly.

• Ensure responsive and accessible design across multiple devices.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals, presenting rationale, trade-offs and research findings throughout the process.

What would you need?

• Experience: 3+ years designing digital products end-to-end.

• Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools.

• Knowledge: Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), usability heuristics, and interaction patterns.

• Basic Coding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

• Collaboration: Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.

• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating clear process, strong visuals and impact metrics.
