Senior UI/UX Designer
Were looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery ensuring every detail aligns with functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity.
As a key member of our product team, youll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into meaningful, intuitive user experiences. Youll also play a vital role in mentoring junior designers and shaping our design culture.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
Design intuitive, visually consistent, and accessible interfaces across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet WCAG accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred but not mandatory).
3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fast-paced product or digital environments.
Proven record of delivering successful digital products with strong user engagement.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
