Responsibilities:
Analyze and refine customer requirements
Design intuitive UX concepts in close collaboration with customers
Implement dialog flows across multiple platforms
Coordinate language rollouts across markets
Test and evaluate dialog behavior and performance
Conduct UX validation to ensure high-quality user experiences
Qualifications:
Ideally 3 years of relevant professional experience
Strong programming skills (e.g. TypeScript, C/C++, Java, XML)
Experience in UX design and UX validation
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong customer orientation
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Preferred skills:
Experience with speech user interfaces is a strong advantage
Experience in graphical design and with VoicePlate is a strong advantage
Experience in embedded systems development
Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
Additional language skills are a plus
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Systems, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
