We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced Lead UXDesigner to join our dynamic team. As the Lead UXDesigner,you will play a pivotal role in shaping theseamlessexperience of our digital products

The ideal candidateshouldpossessa strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

You will collaborate closely with UIdesigners, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Based in Mumbai: Candidates need to be based in Mumbai or willing torelocate

• Hybrid Role: This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

• You will have the opportunity to lead dynamic projects with collaborative teams thatleveragethe latest technologies

• Travel for client engagements in India and Abroad is an essential commitment to delivering exceptional service

Qualifications:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in UXdesign.

Skills:

• Proficiencyin design tools such asFigma,Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,etc.

• Strong portfolioshowcasingyour design process,outcomesand learnings

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• User-CenteredDesign You are adept with the fundamentals of user-centereddesign and can create key artefacts like personas, journey maps, information architecture,wireframesand prototypes.

• Usability & Research You can plan and conduct usability studies and user research interviews as needed.

• Strategic Thinking You develop simple, elegant solutions for large, complex projects, ensuring they work across different platforms.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit You have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• TeamManagement &Collaboration Youcan manage and lead independent squads. Youthrive in a team setting and can also drive design independently whenrequired

• Interdisciplinary Contributions You contribute to a diverse team including project managers, strategists, and developers.
