This role is focused on driving high-performance user acquisition strategies across TikTok for large-scale web-based funnels in the dating and social discovery space. You will be responsible for scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Tier-1 markets, with a strong emphasis on the United States. The position combines hands-on execution with strategic optimization, operating at significant monthly ad spend levels. You will build, test, and refine acquisition systems that directly impact global user growth and revenue performance. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly experimental, with a strong focus on creative iteration and performance efficiency. You will collaborate within a distributed international team operating fully remotely across multiple regions. The role offers both autonomy and ownership, with clear expectations around scale, performance, and continuous improvement.
