We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team

Your main tasks will be:

• Campaigns launch and optimization (web);
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools;
• Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics;
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.

We expect from you:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in UA (Meta);
• Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect;
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
• Startup mindset;
• English is B2 or higher;
• Russian C1+.
