An exciting opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure project.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Tunnel Engineer to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and coordination within a dynamic infrastructure environment. You will support the delivery of a high-profile transport project, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities.

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of project activities, including meetings, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and client representatives.
  • Monitor and manage site logistics, documentation flow, and compliance with project procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain project records, including minutes, action logs, and status reports.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving coordination issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and safety-conscious site culture

Candidate Specification

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Familiar with project management principles and tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel).
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects is advantageous.
