Join DuPont Water Solutions as a (Senior) Technical Service & Development Specialist, where you will play a critical role in advancing water purification and process separation technologies.

This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and innovation to support product development, optimize solutions, and strengthen market positioning across key industries.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Drive innovation product adoption by collaborating with sales teams to identify and develop new application opportunities.

- Partner with customers, OEMs, consultants, and end-users to promote solutions through joint visits, technical discussions, and demonstrations.

- Deliver technical support, including product selection, system design optimization, modeling, and troubleshooting.

- Coordinate laboratory and field trials to evaluate product performance, benchmark against competitors, and support customer qualification.

- Present at seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events to communicate product value and strengthen market presence.

- Investigate and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and coordinating solutions with internal teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, marketing, supply chain) to execute business strategies and achieve shared objectives.

- Contribute to new product development by generating and validating performance data and documenting findings in technical reports.

- Share market insights, competitive trends, and customer feedback to support regional and global business strategies.

- Provide technical expertise across the APAC region, including travel to support key customers and events.

- Develop case studies and technical documents to enrich in-house technical libraries.

What Helps You Succeed in This Role

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

- 10–15 years of experience in the water or process industry, with a focus on Technical Service or R&D.

- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and process separation technologies.

- Experienced in one or more core technologies (UF, RO, and/or IER), with the agility and willingness to develop expertise in other core and emerging technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience conducting lab or field trials and documenting technical results.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders.

- Fluency in English and proficiency with computer-based tools and modeling platforms.

Preferred:

- Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical field.

- Experience working with cross-functional global teams or supporting regional markets.

- Ability to learn and apply modeling tools for system design and customer presentations. - Knowledge of industry best practices related to safety and pilot testing.

Travel:

Willingness to travel within South Korea and across the broader APAC region (approximately 20–40%).
