Job Description

The Senior Treasury Specialist will play a key role in managing the company’s regional cash, liquidity, and financial risk activities. This position supports daily treasury operations of North America region, partners closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners, and contributes to strategic initiatives that optimize working capital, funding, and financial efficiency. This position also supports corporate insurance program in policy placements, renewals, and claims.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and manage daily regional cash position, optimize liquidity through cash concentration, pooling, and short term financing or investments.
  • Prepare and maintain short term and mid term cash flow forecasts at regional levels, analyze variances, work with cross functional stakeholders to improve accuracy.
  • Manage intercompany loans, including funding, repayments, interest calculations, and documentation; ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures.
  • Execute and review treasury transactions, including wires, tax payments, intercompany netting settlements, FX hedging, and investments.
  • Perform administration tasks on bank account management, including account opening or closure, service change, KYC documentation, and signatory management.
  • Perform administration tasks on company credit card program.
  • Support the development and improvement of treasury processes, controls, and documentation.
  • Participate in treasury transformation initiatives, system implementations, and automation efforts to enhance reporting, forecasting, and controls
  • Support various projects within F&A group or company-wide to improve working capital, enhance profit and reduce cost.
  • Prepare materials and analysis for senior management and treasury leadership
  • Support the company’s corporate insurance programs by assisting in the collection, analysis, and submission of underwriting data and exposure information across U.S. entities.
  • Maintain insurance schedules, policy documentation, certificates of insurance, and related records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ Years of Related Experience with cash management, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany transactions

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • General knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
  • Intermediate written and verbal communication skills to discuss or transmit primarily factual information to internal and external customers in the normal course of performing duties
  • Intermediate analytical skills to investigate, interpret and reconcile information from several distinct sources in situations where conclusions or resolutions are discernible
  • General understanding of accounting principles
  • Customer service skills to display a service-oriented attitude in addressing and responding to customer issues
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Annual Salary: $68,000 - $85,000
