
The Senior Treasury Management Sales Team Leader is a sales leadership role responsible for driving growth, profitability, and market penetration within the Family Office and Wealth Management segments. This individual will serve as a player-coach, maintaining direct business development and client relationship responsibilities while leading and developing a small team of Treasury Management professionals. The successful candidate will have responsibility for helping to scale and build the team as the business grows.
The role will be accountable for originating new Treasury Management relationships, deepening existing client engagements, building referral networks, collaborating with Wealth Management and Financial Advisor partners, and developing vertical-specific strategies that enhance client acquisition, retention, and deposit growth. The successful candidate will have direct coverage experience with Family Offices and/or Wealth Management advisors, as well as a developed COI network in the space. This position reports directly to the EVP and Head of Treasury Management Sales and Strategy.
