What you'll be doing:

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Avon’s global treasury operations by managing cash, risk, and financial performance across markets. You’ll work closely with the Head of Treasury Operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure strong liquidity management, accurate forecasting, and robust governance. You’ll bring a highly analytical approach to monitoring financial exposures, improving processes, and driving modernisation through automation and new technologies, helping to strengthen Avon’s financial stability and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily cash positions across multiple entities, including FX and interest rate exposure.
  • Supporting and executing hedging strategies to manage financial risk.
  • Managing intercompany funding, balances, and netting cycles, including dividends and royalties.
  • Leading treasury reporting and delivering clear insights and performance commentary.
  • Managing month‑end close processes related to treasury, including hedge accounting.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting for interest expenses and FX rates.
  • Leading or supporting cross‑functional projects across treasury and finance.
  • Strengthening governance, controls, and audit readiness across treasury operations.
  • Driving process improvements through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Managing relationships with banking partners, including compliance and documentation requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in corporate treasury, ideally in a multinational or private equity‑backed environment.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity management, FX, interest rate risk, and hedge accounting.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience with treasury systems (such as FIS Integrity) and exposure to automation or AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a strong governance mindset.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
