About you

• Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor's degree with a Master's degree in Transport Planning/Economics).
• 8+ years of experience with transport planning software such as VISUM, SATURN, DIADEM, and EMME
• Experience and knowledge of strategic modelling techniques and guidance.
• Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel
• Ability to work as part of a wider project team.
• Experience leading smaller teams as part of project delivery.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently
