
Location: Sofic Office, Mai Chi Tho, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh
Handle customer requests related to transport bookings, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
Coordinate with transporters/factories/ warehouses/drivers for pickups, deliveries, and resolve operational issues
Create, update, and track transport orders in external and internal systems with high data accuracy and on-time, daily/weekly delivery status, KPI report
Manage shipment tracking, planning, and operational reports with ownership.
Monitor delivery performance and proactively follow up on delays or exceptions.
Support transport billing by checking shipment debit note, verifying cost and charges, follow up on missing or incorrect documents.
Maintain clear, precise, prompt communication with customers and internal teams (planning, warehouse, operation).
Requirements:
Good English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
From 3 years’ experience in transport, logistics, or customer service operations preferred.
