Job Description

Deloitte Israel is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Consultant to join the Innovation Team and support the Innovation, AI and Growth agenda for the Consulting Division.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can turn business needs, market opportunities and emerging technologies into meaningful change.

The role spans the full journey: identifying opportunities, developing solutions, implementing them across the division, driving adoption and measuring impact-internally and in client-facing offerings.

What you will do

• Partner with division leadership, service line leaders and key stakeholders to advance the Consulting Division’s Innovation, AI and Growth agenda.
• Identify business needs, process pain points, market trends and client opportunities; build and manage a prioritized pipeline of innovation and AI initiatives.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end—from problem definition and solution design, through pilots and implementation, to adoption, scale and long-term business ownership.
• Drive AI transformation across the division by embedding new tools, capabilities and ways of working into day-to-day delivery.
• Support and activate the division’s AI Champions community, enabling champions to share practical use cases and accelerate learning across teams.
• Develop and promote Deloitte assets, reusable solutions, apps, agents and accelerators that can scale across teams and strengthen client delivery.
• Identify and advance growth opportunities by translating client needs, market trends and internal capabilities into new service offerings, value propositions and scalable business initiatives.
• Support the development of business cases for innovation initiatives and new offerings, including client value, delivery approach, expected impact and go-to-market considerations.
• Partner with service lines to package and enable new offerings so client teams can use them consistently and effectively.
• Define and track adoption, business impact and ROI metrics, and present progress and insights to leadership.
• Work closely with Technology, Risk, Privacy, HR/L&D and relevant Deloitte teams to enable responsible and effective implementation.
• Act as a trusted bridge between business and technology stakeholders, influencing and mobilizing people without direct authority.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in consulting, product management, business transformation, innovation, AI, digital transformation or business development.
• Hands-on, advanced proficiency with AI and GenAI tools, with a proven ability to translate them into practical business, delivery and client-value opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong business judgement, with the ability to connect technology trends to commercial opportunities and client needs.
• Experience translating ambiguous challenges into structured plans, solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing new services, propositions, reusable assets or go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience leading AI adoption, change-management or organization-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with data, automation, digital products or technology-enabled business change.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm or the financial sector.

• תוביל/י יוזמות מקצה לקצה — מהגדרת הבעיה ותכנון הפתרון, דרך פיילוטים ויישום, ועד לאימוץ, הרחבה ובעלות עסקית לטווח ארוך.
• תוביל/י טרנספורמציית AI בחטיבה באמצעות הטמעת כלים, יכולות ודרכי עבודה חדשות בשגרה היומיומית.
• תתמוך/י ותפעיל/י את קהילת ה‑AI Champions של החטיבה, ותאפשר/י לחברים בה לשתף מקרי שימוש פרקטיים ולהאיץ למידה בין צוותים.
• תפתח/י ותקדם/י נכסי Deloitte, פתרונות לשימוש חוזר, אפליקציות, agents ו‑accelerators שיכולים להתרחב בין צוותים ולחזק את השירות ללקוח.
• תזהה/י ותוביל/י הזדמנויות צמיחה על ידי תרגום צרכי לקוחות, מגמות שוק ויכולות פנימיות להצעות שירות חדשות, הצעות ערך ויוזמות עסקיות ניתנות להרחבה.
