Job Description

You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.

You’re called upon to help decision makers identify the options that best match their objectives. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.

In this role, you'll:

Join a high-performing transformation team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic communication and engagement initiatives that support the delivery of the new procurement operating model. As a Senior Transformation Communications Officer, you will develop and deliver impactful communication strategies that help leaders, employees and stakeholders navigate complex procurement transformation projects and realise business outcomes.

Working across a dynamic portfolio, you will craft compelling messaging, enable change approaches, advise senior leaders on communications, and ensure the right information reaches the right audiences through effective channels. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping build understanding, engagement and commitment across a diverse workforce.

At Transport, you'll contribute to some of the most significant transformation initiatives in NSW while working in a collaborative, inclusive and flexible environment where your expertise can make a real impact.

This role will suit a communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys translating complex information into clear and engaging narratives, and can confidently partner with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes. You'll bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, experience developing communications plans and content, ideally within transformation or change environments, and a passion for continuous improvement and measuring communication effectiveness.
