Our Transfer Pricing Suite is an in-house developed solution that has transformed the way multinational groups manage transfer pricing for financial transactions. Today, it is used by more than 100 multinational entities worldwide.

This cutting-edge platform significantly improves the quality of tax compliance while dramatically reducing the time required to perform and document transfer pricing analyses. Clients can carry out credit rating analyses, pricing analyses, and generate Transfer Pricing reports and legal agreements, covering intra-group loans, cash pools, guarantees, and debt capacity analyses.

As we continue our rapid growth, your expertise will play a key role in strengthening our product offering and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

Your role:

This is a hybrid role combining product development and client-facing responsibilities

  • On the one hand, you will work closely with development and delivery teams to translate client needs into scalable, high-quality product features.

  • On the other hand, you will onboard new clients onto the platform and support them using your transfer pricing expertise.

This position is ideal for a transfer pricing professional with strong technical knowledge on financial transactions transfer pricing, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in product design, development, and continuous improvement.

Our team is based in the Netherlands, with frequent interaction with international colleagues across our offices in London, Antwerp, Zurich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Tokyo, and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Enhancement

  • Identify realistic opportunities to improve our Transfer Pricing Suite and collaborate with technical teams to implement them.

  • Translate client and prospect feedback into scalable, market-ready features and product enhancements.

  • Design new functionalities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clearly document requirements for development teams.

  • Test new features and updates prior to release to ensure quality, usability, and accuracy.

  • Proactively contribute ideas and insights to continuously improve the user experience and overall product proposition.

Knowledge Leadership

  • Stay up to date with financial transactions transfer pricing and market practices, ensuring the product remains technically robust and competitive.

Client Support

  • Take ownership of client satisfaction for users of the Transfer Pricing Suite.

  • Lead client onboarding processes and provide ongoing support, leveraging your transfer pricing expertise.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the platform.

Skills & Experience:

  • Educational Background Completed Master's degree in business engineering, finance, law, tax law or other relevant field.

  • Professional Experience A minimum of 3-7 years' engagement at a Big-4 advisory firm, boutique advisory firm, software company or multinational enterprise.

  • Transfer Pricing Expertise Knowledge and experience in Transfer Pricing for financial transactions is a requirement.

  • Product Experience Previous experience developing products (internal or external products), including working with engineering teams is a plus, but not a requirement. If you don’t have direct experience yet, a genuine interest in product development is more than welcome.

  • Communication Skills Effective communicator with fluent English proficiency; additional European languages are advantageous.

  • Team Collaboration You are a team player interested in working in a start-up environment within a larger, established organization.
