This position supports internal training by developing, managing, and delivering high-quality content across multiple channels. In this role, you will consult with leaders, employees, Privacy & Compliance colleagues, and training and education peers to recommend solutions for risk-based employee training options based on specific needs and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Understand the current training and communication environment and tools and identify gaps or new areas and determine appropriate methods for delivery of training (e.g., in-person, online, webinars etc.)
• Create and develop targeted training content to support the Privacy & Compliance strategic plan for employee training on related policies and procedures for compliance programs and related key risk areas. This includes training targeted to employees in designated regions.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers, such as Compliance, Privacy, and other Legal subject matter experts, training vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop in-depth understanding of company’s learning management systems and software for development and launch of training programs and resources on internal websites.
• Act as a positive and professional resource for teammates and business partners.
• Model a culture of ethics and integrity.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in developing training content.
• Strong experience with Microsoft products, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of project management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Czechia: 905,600.00 CZK - 1,358,400.00 CZK | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
