The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance, capability development, and business outcomes. This role partners with capability leaders to identify skill gaps and implement effective learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages training programs, including program design, collaboration with SMEs, enrollment management, and stakeholder management
  • Organizes and supervises training courses, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with capability leaders and HR
  • Translate requirements into training courses using effective training methods
  • Collaborates in managing the internal training platform, developing, and supervising the production of training materials
  • Design and develop e-learning courses for LMS platform
  • Facilitates the certification process and follows its development
  • Manages and optimizes administrative processes (contracts, platform access, ticketing, support)
  • Ensure quality control checks are built into the successful implementation of training plans, deliverables and strategies
  • Gathers and aggregates data on the effectiveness of training programs
  • Partner with capability leaders to align training initiatives with business strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning & development
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent development.
  • Experience in the IT sector (mandatory).
  • Experience with Adobe or Salesforce (mandatory).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training impact.
