As a Senior Driving Instructor at Bpost, you play a key role in improving the driving skills and safety of our employees. You contribute to the growth of our team by delivering professional training and mentoring new instructors. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing the driving abilities of bpost employees and external staff.
• Developing and delivering theoretical and practical driving training (categories B and CE), both in person and online.
• Supporting candidates to maximize their chances of success.
• Conducting the required driving tests for bpost employees.
• Keeping up to date with Belgian and European regulations related to driver training.
• Providing support for the operational functioning of the driving school and training center.
• Assisting trainee instructors in obtaining their Category II certification.
• Supporting the operational activities of the driving school and training center.

• Driving licence B and CE.
• At least two instructor certifications, including Category II (practical B) and Category V (heavy goods vehicle practical training).
• Excellent knowledge of road traffic regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks.
• Strong coaching and training skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the Brussels / Charleroi / Liège region and adapt schedule to candidates.
• Autonomy and decision-making ability.
• Having the required accreditations to deliver professional competence training is considered an asset.
