Job Description

As a Senior Trade Show & Event Planning Specialist, you will act as team leader in designing the events strategy, handling advanced event planning tasks and overseeing various components of event execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of our trade shows are meticulously planned and executed, enhancing our brand's impact and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Team Leader, coordinating the Events Team

  • Design an effective events plan to support Sales and Business objectives

  • Lead the coordination of comprehensive event logistics

  • Oversee vendor relations and negotiate service agreements

  • Manage all aspects of on-site event execution

  • Analyze and report on event metrics and feedback

  • Assist in the design and production of event materials

  • Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with event objectives


Skills

  • Advanced Project Management: Manage detailed complex event projects
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain and negotiate effective vendor partnerships.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and report on event data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong skills in briefing and debriefing stakeholders.
  • • Creative Collaboration: Work effectively with creative and digital teams.
  • • Budget Oversight: Manage and monitor event budgets for efficient spending
  • • Proficient in English. Coordination with the Spanish Event Team will be on a daily basis
