Global Trade Solutions comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.

Principal Responsibilities

• • Manage and ensure execution of new system developments including requirement finalization, managing UAT, defect management & resolution.

• • Commercialization of new systems to ensure RoI is met.

• • Identify and translate market opportunities into requirements enabling roll-out of new products or product enhancements to enhance profitability for Global Trade Solutions.

• • Manage various system based projects pertaining to GTS. Ensure smooth roll-out of various enhancements on core systems and other changes as per group mandates.

• Deploy changes( local / Global) to HIE (HSBC Import – Export) & HTS (HSBC Trade Solutions) after assessing compliance with local regulations.

Role requirements / Educational Qualifications / Certification / Experience:

The job holder should have knowledge of GTS products & their construct. Importantly hands-on experience on HIE & HTS is a must in addition to possessing project management experience. Further, the job holder should be able to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher.
