Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in the development of marketing initiativesand multichannel 360 campaignswith a focus onengaginginstorecustomerexperiences and events,influencer partnershipsand digital campaigns
Proactively collaborate across divisions, ensuringefficient communications to deliver consistent brand messaging andcreate a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints
Work in partnership with theinternaldigital teams to innovate and implement digital&socialdrive to store initiatives
Effective end-to-end management & co-ordination of all stages of campaign development from initial brief through to design sign off, costings,eventualdelivery into stores within the requested timeframeand monitoring results
Fosterstrong and transparent relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate store ledclientelinginitiatives appointments both virtual and instore–provide seasonal tools andmanageGWP allocation
Share seasonal assets and regular updates with malland outletpartners– leverage their channelsto amplify marketing activationsand ensure global alignment
Ensure all calendars are up to date Work closely with Retail and Planning team toreviewparticipation in local promotional eventsandcascadeto Outlet partners
Effectively manageday to daycommunications with outlet partners
Develop strong partnerships within the field and retail store network to foster new ideas and explore new opportunities
Identify and present strategic opportunities that meet Michael Kors business objectives forretailfull priceand outletchannels(all product categories across MMK,Mensand Kids)– with a particular focus on traffic driving tactics
Manage theprojectsbudget and report on ROI
Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends and technologies in the luxury and fashion industry space
Create compelling reports about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
Bringnew and innovative ideas that can be developed into marketing initiatives
At least 3–5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the luxury sector
Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Well-versed in all aspects of Marketing with a strong brand judgement and understanding of the luxury industry
Organised, efficient ways of working, owning projects and managing project files and trackers
Exemplary written and oral communications
Knowledge of a second European language
P roactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think holistically across campaigns and channels - keeps the spirit of the original "360 thinking" without the prescriptive/exclusive language.
