Reporting to the Manager, Trade Ecosystem, the Senior Trade Advisor leads strategic collaboration across Alberta’s trade network, serving as a key liaison with municipal, provincial, federal, and industry partners. The role coordinates and supports high-profile initiatives, including Trade Team Alberta and the Alberta Trade Speaker Series, fostering alignment on trade priorities, market intelligence, and export development strategies.
Through these platforms, the Senior Trade Advisor helps strengthen Alberta’s trade ecosystem, advance coordinated trade promotion efforts, and support Alberta businesses in expanding into international markets.

This is a permanent position, and the hours of work are a total of 36.25 hours/week.

Work location is in person in a Calgary or Edmonton office.
