Job Summary

• 6+ years of experience in SRE and Observability Engineering roles.
• Experience in applying SRE principles and practices across operations, and reducing operational toil through automation using tools such as Ansible, Python, and RPA.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing observability solutions using Dynatrace (must-have), Grafana LGTM (must-have), BigPanda, and Nobl9.
• Working knowledge of incident management, automation scripting, and ITSM tools.
• Exposure to GenAI and agentic AI automation platforms such as Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud and infrastructure monitoring technologies.
• Implement and tune monitoring across Application Performance, Synthetic, Real User, Log, Infrastructure, Business Observability, SAP/native platform, and Batch monitoring, as applicable to assigned applications.
• Build/maintain dashboards, alerting, and service maps; support event correlation and incident automation.
• Support CI/CD pipeline operations and automation tooling as required.
• Contribute to development of automation frameworks and GenAI/agentic-AI use cases for ops.
