We are looking for an experienced Senior Total Rewards Specialist to support the delivery and continuous evolution of Total Rewards programs across Europe.
You will directly report to the Head of Total Rewards for Europe & Africa, this role combines operational ownership, compensation expertise, analytics and project delivery. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy under the strategic direction and oversight of the Head of Total Rewards, you will independently manage a broad range of Total Rewards activities, acting as a regional operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) while ensuring high-quality operational delivery within established governance frameworks.
This role offers you the chance to support multiple European markets within a lean, fast-paced environment. You will be developing your strategic thinking as well as taking care of the hands-on operational execution. You will also support the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency project, partnering closely with the dedicated EU Pay Transparency Analyst to strengthen governance, improve operational readiness and help embed sustainable processes across the region.
Total Rewards
Serve as an operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Total Rewards across Europe by exercising sound judgement, recommending practical and compliant solutions, and operating with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Act as the primary operational Total Rewards partner for People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Payroll, providing expert guidance on compensation and Total Rewards matters.
Support annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus administration and compensation changes.
Prepare and review compensation recommendations while ensuring governance, internal equity and compliance with established frameworks.
Support operational delivery across compensation, benefits, mobility, executive compensation and other Total Rewards programs as required.
Support job levelling assessments and prepare compensation package recommendations, ensuring alignment with governance, internal equity, market competitiveness and local pay equity principles.
Projects, Systems & Continuous Improvement
Lead operational workstreams within regional Total Rewards projects and transformation initiatives.
Support the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency project across Europe, partnering closely with the dedicated EU Pay Transparency Analyst to strengthen governance, improve operational readiness and embed sustainable processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, governance, automation and stakeholder experience across the Europe region.
Drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve scalability, consistency and stakeholder experience.
Serve as the functional Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert for Total Rewards processes, supporting testing, implementation, system enhancements, process optimization and data integrity.
Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards and analytics to support business decisions and operational excellence.
Leverage technology and digital solutions to automate manual activities and improve service delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Total Rewards governance, tools and operating models.
Stakeholder Management
Build credibility and strong working relationships with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and external partners.
Independently manage day-to-day stakeholder support while appropriately escalating strategic, policy or high-impact matters.
Skills and experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within a multinational environment.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Total Rewards and compensation with experience supporting Total Rewards and compensation practices across multiple European markets.
Experience supporting compensation cycles, job architecture, job levelling and salary benchmarking.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and their interaction with Total Rewards.
Exposure to EU Pay Transparency or pay equity initiatives is considered an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Strong Project and Stakeholder Management skills with continuous improvement mindset with a passion for simplifying and improving ways of working.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards and data analysis.
Tech-Savy with advanced Oracle HCM knowledge (or similar tools) and the ability to leverage technology automation and AI to improve operational efficiency, user experience and data quality.
High level of discretion when handling confidential employee and compensation data.
Experience working within a Global Center of Excellence/ in-house consultancy is a plus.
Fluent in English and speaking French, Spanish or German is a plus.
