About the role:

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and a customer oriented Senior Total Rewards Specialist who will join our Global Total Rewards Operations Team in Krakow office and who is interested in further expanding professional qualifications by leading various Total Rewards cycles and processes within the function.

Whatyou will do:

As a Senior TotalRewards SpecialistYou will work closely with Centers of Expertise, HR Services, Payroll, and Regional Total Reward teams to ensure the successful global implementation of reward practices and processes. Taking the lead on one or more reward processes,such as the Short-Term Incentive,you will fully own end-to-end implementation, from planning through execution, coordinating global cycles within the team. You will activelymonitordelivery, drive continuous improvement, andidentifysynergies and opportunities to enhance service quality and process efficiency.

Indetail you will:

  • Advise onresolutions for complex cases during the processes and will be coordinating the information flow and the proposed solutions across different teams.

  • Advise the HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders on the processes flow and country / sector specifics.

  • Act as a process expert in the team and will be leading various information sessions within the teamand alsoto Line Managers and HR Business Partners.

  • Analysecompensation data, prepare complexreportsand update various analytical tools. You will have a deep understanding of the organization and key stakeholders and will propose and create new tools or reports that would exceed customer expectations, improve the userexperienceand add value.

  • Act as a gatekeeper for therewardsprocessesin accordance withthe compensation policy and will strive for process compliance,controlsand quality of execution. You will be guiding less experienced Total Rewards Specialists through proactive collaboration and formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions

  • Have a leading role in various off-cycle total rewards projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiencyin MS Excel and veryGoodknowledge of MS Office

  • Overall experience 5+ years and minimum 3-yearswork experience in a total rewards function at a specialist role with practical experience in leading / coordinating regional / global compensation cycles and projects, requiring deep process understanding and coordination with multiple teams

  • In-depth understanding of various compensation processes and theirrelationwith other HR / business processes, practical application of best-practice compensation principles

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly present ideas and solutions

  • Experience with working in a matrix organization or with multiple stakeholders

  • Very goodcommand of English – used as a main working language
