Job Description

This is the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, international environment where you can make a real difference in our team as Senior Total Rewards Manager. The position is office based either Warsaw, (Poland), Copenhagen, (Denmark) or Istanbul (Türkiye).

Your new role

As a Senior Total Rewards Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Drive and implement compensation and benefit programs that align with the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Analyse external market data to establish competitive salary ranges and benefits packages.
  • Provide specific support with reviews and analysis of regional/local rewards programs to ensure competitiveness, engaging in rewards partnering activities within the countries whenever needed.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities for process enhancements in rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Global Total Rewards CoE to develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies and initiatives for the areas of responsibility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and regional/local requirements.

Your new department

You will be based in either Poland, Denmark or Türkiye and will join the International Total Rewards team which is part of the People & Organisation function called Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE). We are a truly global team based in 16+ countries, partnering with our sales affiliates as well as our R&D and production sites in more than 100 countries. Our core purpose is to enable Novo Nordisk to attract, retain and reward the right people in the right place through sustainable, competitive, flexible and compliant reward practices. We design and implement compensation and benefit programs that ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness. Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Total Rewards and project management at a regional or organizational level.
  • Proven exposure to international Total Rewards practices; experience in Middle East and/or Africa is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, pay transparency, and rewards principles, with strong analytical and storytelling capabilities.
  • Full professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 309,870.00 to 542,270.00 PLN, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
