Job Description

WWIC operates mission-critical systems that directly impact seller behavior, revenue realization, and compliance. We are looking for a Senior Tooling Program Manager (L64) to own and modernize the tooling ecosystem that enables design, deployment, and execution of incentive compensation.

This role is accountable for delivering accurate, scalable, and user-centric tooling that supports quota, earnings, and compensation workflows across a global seller base.

You will operate as a product owner (not a project manager)—defining strategy, driving execution, and ensuring measurable business outcomes from tooling investments.

Responsibilities

Own Tooling as a Product

  • Act as the single-threaded owner for one or more WWIC tooling areas (e.g., quota, earnings, payouts, or platform tooling)

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics grounded in business outcomes in partnership with your business stakeholders from the Worldwide Incentive Compensation organization

  • Ensure tools are accurate, stable, scalable, and ready for fiscal milestones

2. Drive End-to-End Execution

  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, prioritized backlog, and deliverables

  • Partner with engineering to deliver solutions from design through production

  • Ensure on-time delivery in alignment with critical business milestones (e.g., quota setting, payouts, fiscal year rollover)

3. Improve System Effectiveness & Reduce Complexity

  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across tooling, workflows, and integrations

  • Leverage automation, AI, and process redesign to reduce operational toil

  • Improve cycle time from design to deployment and reduce defects/escalations

4. Drive Data-Informed Decisions

  • Define and track key success metrics (accuracy, latency, adoption, seller satisfaction)

  • Use telemetry, user feedback, and business signals to prioritize investments

  • Provide decision-ready insights to leadership on tooling investments and trade-offs

5. Partner Across the Ecosystem

  • Collaborate across Finance, Engineering, RevOps, and Field stakeholders apart from various functions within the Worldwide Incentive Compensation organization such as Plan Design and Implementation, Quota, Seller Experience, Operations.

  • Drive alignment on priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs across multiple teams

  • Influence without authority to land complex, cross-org initiatives

6. Ensure Governance, Compliance, and Quality

  • Embed security, compliance, and auditability into all tooling solutions

  • Maintain high standards for data integrity, system reliability, and control posture

7. Demonstrate AI Fluency:

  • Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across repeatable workflows, to reduce manual effort, accelerate decision-making, and drive greater execution velocity.
