Experience  
  • 4 – 8 years of Hands-on on experience with Requirement Engineering and Test Management tools, Application Lifecycle Management tools, Good understanding of compliance, quality management, and IT service processes.
  • Relevant certifications in Requirement Engineering , Test Management tools,  ALM tools, and quality management systems will add value

Responsibility
  • Plan and coordinate data migration from HP QC to Polarion
  • Evaluation and validation of migration tools
  • Clarification and documentation of stakeholder requests 
  • Ensure that stakeholder requests meet the SHS and AT tool strategy
  • Key contact for R&D users and Ensure that compliance requirements are met 
  • As interface to SHS IT, coordinate and track tool enhancements and escalated issues to closure
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement.
Skills

Mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with usage of Test Management HP Quality Center and other tools like Polarion Test Management or similar.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, including Kanban board utilization, effective demand management, and product backlog prioritization.
Optional
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts as per ISO Standards are highly recommended & Ability to handle vulnerable items related to Application layer. 
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 information security standards, ISO 13485:2016 and 21CFR requirements for quality management systems, particularly relevant to medical device software. 
  • Passion for exploring new tools and technologies with quick learning skills.
  • Ability to understand user needs and support them with efficient collaboration and communication skills.
  • Awareness on Medical Imaging domain and/or Clinical Workflow knowledge will be an added advantage.
