About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance Quality Engineering (QE), Cybersecurity, and Compliance Testing capabilities.

The role partners with QE, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Technology teams to build intelligent automation, AI-driven testing frameworks, compliance validation solutions, and continuous assurance platforms using Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics

Key Responsibilities

AI Solutions

• Develop AI-powered solutions for Quality Engineering and Cybersecurity.
• Build intelligent automation for testing and compliance activities.
• Create AI agents for test generation, defect analysis, and root-cause identification.
• Implement RAG, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Analyze logs, vulnerabilities, security events, and testing results using AI.

Compliance & Assurance

• Develop AI-enabled compliance testing platforms.
• Automate controls testing and evidence collection for frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, and GDPR.
• Enable continuous monitoring and compliance assessment.
• Build recommendation engines for control gap identification and remediation.

Quality Engineering & Cybersecurity

• Develop intelligent test automation and self-healing frameworks.
• Support test generation, coverage analysis, defect prediction, and risk-based testing.
• Integrate AI into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Enhance vulnerability assessment, security testing, threat detection, and monitoring through AI.

Platform & Leadership

• Design scalable cloud-based AI architectures.
• Develop APIs and services supporting AI solutions.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and support proposals and client engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field.

Technical & Professional Skills

Senior Consultant

• 5+ years in software, AI, or automation engineering.
• 2+ years developing AI/ML solutions.

Manager

• 8+ years in software, AI, automation, or cybersecurity technology.
• 3+ years leading AI or automation initiatives

AI & Machine Learning

• Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, NLP, RAG

Platforms:

• OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face

Programming & Frameworks

Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL

Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Spring Boot, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel

Quality Engineering:Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, JMeter. Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

Cybersecurity: Knowledge of Security Testing, Vulnerability Management, Threat Modeling, IAM, DevSecOps. Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and CIS Controls.

Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud

Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform

Data: Vector Databases, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake

Preferred Certifications

• Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CKAD
