Drive design, implementation and support of telecom BSS solutions using Netcracker
Configure and optimize CPQ for pricing, product configuration, and quoting workflows
Manage and orchestrate orders via Cloud Order Manager
Maintain and enhance product catalogs using PIM (Product Information Manager)
Leverage Netcracker Cloud Platform for scalable, cloud-native deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end BSS capabilities
Ensure high performance, scalability, and seamless integration across systems
This is your role
Ensure stable and high-performing production operations by managing monitoring, incidents, changes, and deployments in line with SLA/KPI targets. You’ll handle end-to-end support (including backups, recovery, and capacity tuning), drive incident and problem resolution, maintain environment consistency across CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with security and service management processes.
