Job Title: Senior Therapeutic Care Worker
📍 Location: East Lancashire
💰 Salary: £34,326.50 – £35,106.50 (based on 2 sleeps per week)
⏰ Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week (rota basis)
🛏️ Number of Sleeps Required: At least 2 sleep-ins per week
💤 Pay Per Sleep: Included within salary
🏠 Service: Children’s Home
👧🧒 Service Users: YPs – Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour
🎓 Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
📅 Experience in Years Required: At least 2 years in residential childcare
📄 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
📆 Closing Date: Friday, 30th January 2026
