Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across complex transformation, integration, and migration projects.
- Define test strategies, plans, scope, estimates, and quality standards.
- Lead testing for Mainframe → Java/SQL/Linux migrations, ensuring functional, data, integration, and regression coverage.
- Manage test execution, defects, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Work closely with business, architecture, development, and delivery teams to ensure quality and alignment.
- Lead distributed international teams and drive effective delivery across locations and time zones.
- Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies and embed quality practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Provide clear test status, quality metrics, and risk reporting to senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Must-haves:
- 15+ years of Test Management experience on complex, large-scale projects.
- Proven Mainframe → Java/SQL/Linux migration testing experience.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end testing, test strategy, risk management, defect management, and quality governance.
- Extensive experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Proven experience leading international/distributed testing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in large-scale legacy modernization or digital transformation.
- Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- ISTQB, SAFe, or other relevant certifications.
