The Senior Business Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that business solutions are designed with a comprehensive understanding of all processes within the assigned domain. This role emphasizes leveraging pre-delivered best practices to optimize business operations and drive effective product implementations. The Senior Business Specialist will evaluate product solutions, facilitate organizational changes, and foster stakeholder engagement to support the successful adoption of D365 F&SCM Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate And Re-Engineer Business Processes Using D365 F&Scm Finance To Maximize The Adoption Of Pre-Delivered Best Practices And Standard Functionalities.
• Evaluate Customer Requirements And Recommend Tailored Product Solutions That Align With Their Business Objectives.
• Identify And Facilitate Necessary Organizational Changes To Ensure Effective Implementation Of Business Products, Enhancing Overall Operational Efficiency.
• Design And Conduct Solution Workshops To Secure Early Stakeholder Buy-In And Uncover Additional Opportunities For Client Engagement.
• Mentor And Guide Team Members In Their Career Progression, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Professional Development.
• Stay Updated On Industry Trends And Best Practices, Contributing To The Development Of Business Cases And Market Collateral.

Skill Requirements

• Expert Proficiency In D365 Finance And Supply Chain Management (F&Scm), With A Strong Understanding Of Finance Processes And Functionalities.
• Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Evaluate Customer Needs And Recommend Appropriate Solutions.
• Strong Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Engage Stakeholders And Facilitate Workshops.
• Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members, Promoting Their Professional Growth And Development.

Certification

Relevant Certifications In D365 F&Scm Finance Are Highly Valued, Such As Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
