Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by creating comprehensive test plans that align with project objectives. This role requires collaboration with project stakeholders to define testing scope and goals, while leading a team of QA engineers in the execution of robust testing strategies. The Senior Test Lead is responsible for driving process improvements in testing methodologies and ensuring that industry best practices are implemented to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Comprehend Functional And Design Specifications, Address Performance Concerns, And Ensure The Adequacy Of Test Environments Using Python And Selenium.
2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices In Python And Automation Frameworks To Increase The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Selenium, Ensuring Consistency With Quality Standards And Minimizing Risk Exposure In Software Releases.
4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Implementation And Utilization Of Testing Frameworks, Leveraging Python And Microservices Principles To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities And Boost Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Python And Experience With Test Automation Frameworks.
2. Strong Understanding Of Selenium For Automated Testing.
3. Knowledgeable In Microservices Architecture And Testing Methodologies.
4. Familiarity With Continuous Integration And Continuous Deployment (Ci/Cd) Practices.
