  • Environment Setup: Build and configure complex, simulated network topologies to mimic production environments.
  • Fault Isolation & Debugging: Analyze test results, identify network anomalies, and troubleshoot bugs to isolate whether the root cause is a hardware, software, or configuration failure.
  • Protocol Testing: Conduct deep testing of routing, switching, and security protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor throughput, latency, and packet loss before and after code merges to ensure network integrity
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of test results, generate metric reports, and file actionable bug tickets in tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) for development teams.
