  • Analyze and document environmental test results to support technology development and qualification

Build Preparation and Analysis

  • Prepare build materials, including control plans, stack structures, Kick-off materials, and ERP entries

  • Act as a gatekeeper to ensure that design and project samples are ready and qualified for testing

  • Provide build support, perform build result analysis, and conduct build failure investigations

Test Environment Quality and Data Integrity

  • Ensure that the minimum quality requirements for test environments are met and maintained

  • Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, deviations, and root causes

  • Communicate findings clearly and propose actions to improve design robustness and manufacturability

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with electronics, mechanics, materials, and process engineers to troubleshoot and solve technical issues

  • Contribute to the continuous development of test methods, setups, and documentation practices

  • Support knowledge transfer by documenting verified test practices and results for internal and external use

We Expect You to Have

  • BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field

  • Several years of experience in hardware and/or environmental testing within R&D or technology development

  • Strong hands-on skills and ability to work independently with laboratory setups and test equipment

  • Solid analytical skills for interpreting test and build data and making fact-based conclusions

  • Practical experience in troubleshooting and failure analysis

  • Ability to plan and execute complex test campaigns and report results clearly

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Systematic and detail-oriented way of working

Additional Beneficial Competences

  • Experience in automotive hardware testing or qualification (e.g. component reliability, environmental validation)

  • Familiarity with printed electronics, materials testing, or functional films

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes for electronic components and assemblies
