Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit dem Fachbereichsverantwortlichen bzw. Teamleiter, inklusive Sicherstellung einer klaren Entscheidungs- und Informationsgrundlage
Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios zur nachhaltigen Optimierung und Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
Definition und Strukturierung von Arbeitspaketen, einschließlich Budgetplanung für interne Leistungen sowie externe Vergaben
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Projektarbeit innerhalb eines technisch geprägten Umfelds
Fundierte Erfahrung in Prüf- bzw. Testlaboren, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Kühlkreislaufkomponenten und/oder HV-Energiesysteme
Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Planungskompetenz sowie ein strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Schnittstellen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
